When I first started out on my health journey, I was navigating this crazy world of nutrition on my own. I bounced between diets and theories looking for the ‘one perfect diet’.  The more books I read and experts I listened to, the more confusing it seemed.

Then the clouds parted and the sun shined in and I realized, THERE IS NO PERFECT DIET!!! There, I said it! YES, there are many things that we can all benefit from, but I am not necessarily going to thrive on the same diet as you. In fact, I may not be happy with the same diet I was eating 5 years ago. We all need to listed to OUR bodies and figure out what it needs. This can be tricky, but with help and a roadmap, getting there can be easier than you thought.

My job as a Health Coach is to be a knowledgeable advisor who provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
