A few random facts…

  • I used to live off fast-food, junk and soda.
  • I still LOVE chocolate (good chocolate)
  • Being a mom is the greatest thing ever!
  • I’m a terrible singer, but do it anyway.
  • Health and wellness has become an obsession… and I like it!

I began my journey into health back in 2008, when my husband became extremely ill and was diagnosed with an incurable autoimmune disease. The thought of him being sick forever did not sit well, so we started looking for other options. We stumbled upon the world of holistic health and completely changed our diets. This was a whole lifestyle change for us, and I am happy to say that because of those changes he is now completely healed!


With our new lifestyle, he was once again thriving and I lost weight and felt better than I ever had! We both came out of this healthier and with a new outlook on life. It’s our silver lining to such a tough time.


Since then health has become my passion. Trying new things, reading every book I can find and sharing what I’ve learned with those who will listen. I know that a healthy lifestyle can heal all!


When I became pregnant in the fall of 2012, a new spark was ignited in me. I became enthralled with all things baby and motherhood, and realized how important good health was in this amazing time. I found myself once again grateful for my healthy lifestyle. However, while talking with other soon to be moms, I found that health and nutrition were a challenge for many women and often a cause of much stress.


Women in all stages of motherhood, even if it’s still years away, are whom I’d love to serve the most! Mothers are the heart of the family, and I believe that a healthy change in Mom will ripple out to the whole family. Of course you don’t have to be a mom to benefit from health coaching sessions, I’m here for anyone who wants to make a change for the better.

My Training

In 2013 I enrolled with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed their Health Coach Training Program in December 2014.

During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
